DAY 1
- Check in and Introductions
- Welcome drinks, exploration of the Villa, followed by snacks and smoothies
- A restorative yoga flow to ease guests after their travels
- Delicious lunch at the Villa on the pool terrace using local ingredients from the garden
- An uplifting Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates class on reformers
- Mini hike around the beautiful Villa surroundings
- Dinner using local produce
- Pool sound bath and meditation
Day 2
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothie
- Sunrise Yoga Flow
- Breakfast Buffet
- Bootcamp Pilates Class in our lovely beachside studio
- Walk in to the beautiful Estepona for a healthy Tapas lunch
- Back to the Villa for free time
- Hammam Experience and massage
- Back to the Villa for Dinner
Day 3
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Bootcamp Pilates Class in our lovely beachside studio
- Picknick breakfast
- Trip to the famous Roman Baths and a swim among the ruins
- Back to the Villa for Lunch and some relax time
- Yoga flow and meditation in the garden
- Sunset dinner on the veranda
Day 4
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies plus breakfast buffet
- Bootcamp Pilates Class in the studio
- Optional swimming or paddle boarding outside the studio
- Relaxing afternoon at a local beach club
- Healthy Tapas dinner crawl in Estepona Old Town
Day 5
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Sunrise Yoga on the boat
- Buffet breakfast
- Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates on reformers
