Schedule
DAY 1
- Check in and Introductions
- Welcome drinks, snacks and smoothies (available all day)
- Exploration of the grounds including our herb gardens with Finca La Gloria’s owner and curator Daniel
- Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates on reformers and stretch under the trees after travelling
- Delicious al fresco dinner using local seasonal organic produce
- Sound bath and meditation
Day 2
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Silent farming, picking produce for breakfast
- Breakfast and demonstration of nutrients in the food we are eating
- Reformer Pilates Class
- Lunch
- Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
- Dinner using local seasonal organic produce
- Ying Yoga Restorative Hour followed by a sound bath
Day 3
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Yogalates in the Courtyard
- Buffet breakfast
- Cork Forest walk and meditation in the surrounding cork forest
- Lunch
- Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
- Dinner
- Stretching and meditation
Day 4
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Breakfast picnic
- Visit to the nearby famous surf town Tarifa and enjoy a Pilates class on a Paddle board on the sea
- Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
- Dinner using local seasonal organic produce
- Pool Soundbath and lights show
Day 5
- Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
- Sunrise yoga
- Buffet breakfast
- Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates on reformers
- Journaling and gratitude circle
